Dragecq was the manager of Larchuma Football Club.
He won the championship in Eerste Klasse 2 times (in season 15 & 16).
Dragecq has been NT-coach for Chinese Taipei during World Cup VII.
He became National coach in België for World Cup IX without much campaign.
But he quit hattrick during his NT-coach term in October 2006.
Dragecq was a member of The Federation of Extraordinary Gentlemen.
