OLDER (formerly known as Ouwe Lullen Denktank En Relaxhuis) is a federation for (mainly) Dutch and Flemish managers who are at least 30 years young.

History

The Federation was founded on 20 August 2003. During the long time of its existence off course several little conflicts occurred. Most conflicts resulted in members temporarily leaving the federation and/or establishing another federation e.g. Nostalgia, RUMM, GEZELLIG (63414) and New Order (76481). One major interfederal conflict occurred as is described in the external link of this page! One little remark on that beautiful well illustrated story is that in reality two spy's from the opposing federation were expelled, thrown into the sea and could swim back to their rusty Island :-)
Once or twice a year there will be such a little crisis within the federation. It’s nothing to worry about because the reason can be weather change, work pressure, stress or even a lack of alcohol. It starts with a simple subject like castration, policy on who to accept in the federation, bumping or whatever. This crises than accelerates into a fierce discussion which can end in a number of members leaving the federation. Still nothing to worry about! After a couple of days or maybe weeks common sense returns and so do the members.
During time Leader Hunze was succeeded by -Cyclops- and changed his nick into ManInBlack (MiB). A nearly similar Federation (New Order) was again founded by MiB because this time the normal procedure in conflicts was not followed, and the original founder of de federation left forever in September 2008. Baardmans took over from -Cyclops- in November 2008. In November 2011 Kloron became the new leader.

Older Cup

Nearly every Hattrick season an OLDER CUP is organised. The first edition took place in season 16. During time it was agreed that the final of every edition is played in the stadium of the last winner. And although there is a rumour that a real cup existed it's for sure true that from edition 15 there is a real cup with big ears....because El Presidente saw it himself. The most recent organiser of the cup Oeffie took care of that!
