The club was founded by Ichabod-Crane on 28th may 2023, during the season 84. In the same day, the owner Ichabod-Crane created the club's logo, inspired by the colours of italian football team Ternana.
For the match kits colours the founder was inspired by 3 models: the home kit was inspired by the main kit of Ternana; the away kit was inspired by the Ferentillese's logo and by the main kit of Porto; the goalkeeper's kit was inspired by the kit of goalkeeper Vitor Baia during his period in Barcelona.
