4-3-3 is a seldom used formation. It provides some defence and some attack, especially in the centre. However, midfield and side attacks suffer from the lack of midfielders. This formation is one of two available to scoring trainers that is trainable; however, because of the lack of midfield and side attack options, most scoring trainers use 3-4-3. Nevertheless, there is a potential to use this formation to provide a strong Counterattacking option with decent defence and strong attack.
