Leadership is a player parameter between disastrous and solid, and very important for coaches. Players with high leadership can eventually be turned into coaches. This is less expensive than external coaches, if their experience is good enough.
Leadership attributes show if a player can lead the team as captain and is important when choosing to promote a player to coach.

Leadership is an important aspect when selecting a coach.  With a high leadership, team spirit will degrade slower when higher than composed and will increase faster when lower.  Coach leadership makes absolutely no difference to the effects of PIC and MOTS.

There is also one other category of agreeability, and exists only in one player - Bob Sunesson, who is described as a beloved team member. He was recently fired (april 2006) and is 'replaced' by Bob (player id 109567443).

Leadership and Agreeability
These two attributes are linked, and play a role in determining who the team leader is at a given club.
The exact impact of the team leader is a matter of debate on the conferences.  The rules say that the team leader affects the "atmosphere" in the squad (arguably referring to team spirit).  Also see the discussion about clowns and anticlowns.
