Personality
A player has a personality that shown whether he can be a leader, make the glue in the group, be a collector of cards or a generator of fouls.
Personality is defined by four attributes: leadership, agreeability, honesty and aggressiveness.
Leadership
Leadership attribute show the potential as team captain and is important choosing a coach. High leadership coaches make team spirit level deteriorate slower (and increase it faster when it is below composed).
Leadership of player can be:
- 0. Non-existent
- Disastrous
- Wretched
- Poor
- Weak
- Inadequate
- Passable
- Solid
Agreeability

Agreeability of a player determines how a team is affected when that player is added or traded away during a transfer.
Agreeability is measured on the following scale:
- Nasty Fellow
- Controversial Person
- Pleasant Guy
- Sympathetic Guy
- Popular Guy
- Beloved team member
There were only a few "beloved team members" in the game. First he came Bob Sunesson, whom Agreeability was manually changed by Hattrick Team. Two natural born beloved team members were Bob and then Bob ‘Clone’ Sunesson.
Honesty
Honesty attribute of a player's personality determines the odds of a player earning a yellow card for diving in order to gain a free kick or penalty for his team.
