An individual order you can give to every player except forwards and keepers.

When give this order players will use less of their defending skill, but

Central Defenders will use their playmaking and stamina skill to help boost midfield rating.
Wingbacks will use their winger skill to help boost wingattack rating and some of their playmaking and stamina to help boost midfield ratings.
Inner Midfielders will make more use use of their passing skill to help boost attack ratings.
Wingers will make more use of their winger skill to boost wingattack ratings.
