Player face
A face visualizes players, making them easier to recognize and giving a sence of personality. By giving them a face and human likeness, the game visually helps to have a more realistic approach to players.
Plsyer faces are created randomly based on nationality. Mediterranean players for instance tend to have a darker skin color and black hair, while Scandinavian players are pale and often have blonde or ginger hair. Minority groups are also taken into consideration. There are French players with a North African appearance that speak Tunisian and Swedish black players speaking South African Tribal. Some English players are of an Asian appearance and speak Hindi.

Manager's Avatar
After restyling restyling a new supporter feature was added to allow managers to draen their own image, resembling as much as possible the one in real one, or simply created freeing their imagination and plying with the different elements. But player are only male and, since there are also female users, lady avatar was created.

Old Version Face
For long time player faces can be seen by supporter only. Before Hattrick site restyling, faces were smaller, squared and less cartoonish.
