A nasty guy with solid leadership. If he is the one with the highest leadership abilities in your team, he will be your team leader, which will have a very small negative effect on your teamspirit due to his nasty nature. This effect will be bigger if your coach has low leadership. Nasse-setä is also used, although I have no clue what this stands for.
