A Repechage Tournament was held during (Dutch) season 33 for teams that did not qualify past the group stage of Sealand Cup XV. The tournament was not an official part of the Sealand Cup. De Peizegemnaars (level A) and HetBeste (level B) became winners of the tournament.
Participating teams
Twelve teams were eligible to participate, but two teams declined participation. In the end, only eight teams actually took part.

Seeding
Teams were seeded from first to tenth, based on their result in the group stage of Sealand Cup XV This seeding determined the matchups in the qualification round. Malus Alces and ShooT United opted out on participation in the Repechage Tournament.

- The Sealand Cup XV group stage match between SC RedHead and Metropolitans FC was not played.
Metropolitans FC was seeded as if they had been awarded an automatic victory.
Qualification Round
The Qualification Round was played at 16 February 2011. The six highest seeds played in some kind of Swiss system (highest-seeded teams faced each other), while the four lowest seeds played in some kind of Shaughnessy system (highest-seeded team faced lowest-seeded team).
It is unclear what the original format of the Repechage Tournament would have been, but it was changed after the match between UFC Veterinarium and Rausselaars did not take place.

Qualification
With only eight teams participating in the Qualification Round, it was decided that the teams would play in two distinctive tournaments. The four teams with the best records in Sealand Cup XV and the Qualification Round combined would qualify for Repechage A, while the remaining four teams would qualify for Repechage B. Teams that played each other in the Qualification Round could not face each other immediately again.
