Fort Roughs Cup I or Кубок Форта Рафс I (Kubok Forta Rafs) was the first edition of the Fort Roughs Cup, a trophy for teams that did not qualify past the group stage of the Sealand Cup. The first Fort Roughs Cup was part of Sealand Cup XXXIX. The final was held at Hideous Ruin on 18 July 2018, where Sherlock's Boys defeated vv De Schutters by five goals to one. It was the first time that Sherlock's Boys won a Sealandic tournament.
Participating teams
Eight teams qualified to participate in the first Fort Roughs Cup. These were the teams that did not qualify for the second group stage of Sealand Cup XXXIX. KHO Peizegem-Merchtem was the only non-Dutch team in the tournament, as well as the only team that had won a Sealandic tournament (Sealand Cup XXII) prior.

- Incisa D'Oro (Group II) was switched with KHO Peizegem-Merchtem (Group I), because they could not meet a team from the same group (Angels United) again. As a result, Physios United (Group II) was switched with Viktor United City, because they could not meet a team from the same group (KHO Peizegem-Merchtem) again as well.
Format
The teams in each group played each other in a single round-robin format, playing the other teams in the group once (at home or away). Each team earned 3 points for a win in regular time, 2 points for a win after extra time or after a penalty shoot-out, 1 point for a loss after extra time or after a penalty shoot-out and 0 points for a loss in regular time. For goal difference purposes, matches decided after extra time or after a penalty shoot-out were treated as if the match had been decided after a golden goal (regardless of the actual number of goals scored). This point system is similar to the system used by the (real-life) IIHF for international ice hockey matches. The order of play in each group was pre-determined (the highest-seeded team would face the teams from Pot III, IV and II in that particular order).
The two group winners qualified for the final.

Final
The second stage of the Fort Roughs Cup was the knock-out stage, which consisted of the final only. Two teams qualified for this stage (the group winners of both groups). The match was played at a neutral venue. Hideous Ruin, the home stadium of Not That Good (the venue that was tied for most hostings of the Sealand Cup Final), was selected as host.
