Decot was noticed in the youth academy of Lokomotiv Veltem Back-on-Track and his technicality and overall skills as an allrounder caused him to grow out to one of the most talented players of his generation. Upon turning 17, Decot was wooed by several clubs from abroad, and without ever appearing for Lokomotiv Veltem Back-on-Track, he chose to move to Poland, signing a lucrative contract at Fantasyleague.
