Form Monkey
The Form Monkey is a mythical creature used by the Hattrick community to explain the changes in form that players experience when the training updates occur each week. The form monkey is often referred to in a critical context, such as "The form monkey made me lose!" and "I'm feeding the form monkey bananas, but they aren't working." The literal equivalent of the form monkey is the server's formula that determines how a player's form changes. The form monkey has become quite an infamous figure over the years in the USA and England conferences, where posts blaming the form monkey for losing important matches or ruining entire league campaigns are common. Some have even gone as far as to blame the form monkey for bad Youth Pulls, World Cup losses, or worse than expected Transfer revenue.
