La sede è situata nella via Pretolli di un piccolo sobborgo toscano chiamato Castelfranco di sopra. La squadra muove i primi passi nella categoria più bassa italiana ma riesce subito a farsi notare come squadra emergente potendosi affidare ad una società sana e giocatori di spicco come Uriele Nunzi Conti, [[Ufficio Reclami/Giuliano Guernelli|Giuliano Guernelli]] e il capitano [[Ufficio Reclami/Matteo Chillemi|Matteo Chillemi]]. Proprio con l'apporto di questi fondamentali giocatori e altri buoni innesti, dopo appena due stagioni riesce a centrare la prima promozione laureandosi campione della serie [[X.3257 (Italia)|X.3257]]. Nella stagione successiva [[Ufficio Reclami]] svolge un'annata entusiasmante da neopromossa che l'ha vista lottare ad un certo punto persino per la promozione in VIII categoria. La stagione 40 è la stagione più nera della storia del club. Dopo il ritiro di [[Ufficio Reclami/Matteo Chillemi|Chillemi]] la squadra non mostra più la lucidità e la velocità che caratterizzava il suo gioco; neanche il primo cambio di allenatore riusciva a risollevare le sorti di una squadra con crisi di risultati. A tutto questo dobbiamo sommare la momentanea sospensione dal gioco. Era stata infatti aperta un'inchiesta tra Ufficio Reclami e A.C.Lorese che ha seriamente risciato di far fallire la squadra in maniera da non poter più continuare. Dopo ben 3 settimane di bannaggio è stata però riconosciuta l'irresponsabilità del presidente e la squadra torna a giocare il campionato ormai compromesso dalle vicende esterne. Ma l'anno successivo ribaltando ogni pronostico riesce addirittura a laurearsi campione della serie [[IX.1491 (Italia)|IX.1491]] con addirittura 3 giornate d'anticipo. L'anno successivo inizzia con la prima apparizione di Ufficio Reclami in [[Coppa Italia]] e compie la storica impresa di superare il primo turno in quella che sarà una delle partite più belle della storia del club. L'avventura si ferma poi il turno successivo. Lo stesso anno aderisce alla federazione locale ([[Federazione Valdarnese HT]])

Initially the stadium was as usual of 12,000 seats, but after a short time was reduced to 10,000 seats becoming one of the smallest stadiums in Hattrick. After promotion to the IX category is decided to expand to a total of 20,000 seats including 500 VIP seats, 2,000 covered grandstand, 6,000 and 11,500 grandstand bleachers. To promote and perform well in VIII class, the stadium is still expanded to 28,000 seats. The stadium name is taken from the name of a professor of the President, who taught him the basics of living.
Ufficio Reclami also has its own stadium for the youth team of 300 people called Pretolli''Arena''in honor of being the club's founding.
