Jestar is the manager of Hammer!, playing in the Belgian Eerste Klasse.

He has been the National coach for Nederland in World Cup XV, reaching round IV.

In October 2008 he became second again, this time in the election for the Dutch U-20 and after Pretty. The difference was only 4 votes.
