Moonsje is the ex-manager of the België National Team, and is in his third term. He is also a former GM, and was then known as GM-Moons. He became infamous in World Cup VI for an incident that occured in Round II.
Moonsje is a legendary coach in België. He was the National Coach of Belgium for 5 terms (4 times or 8 seasons in a row) and he played a big role in the development of the current National Team Belgium. He also was 3 times National Coach of South Africa and lead the U-20 national teams of Belgium and South Africa. So actually he has been National coach continuously since March 2004. Currently he is National Coach of Egypt.
