Una de las partes importantes de la comunidad son las traducciones que están realizadas gracias al duro trabajo de los LA(Language Administrators). También los Mod's(moderadores) y los GM's(gamemasters) son voluntarios del staff de hattrick y trabajan y se encargan de que el juego funcione correctamente en todos los aspectos. Los Moderadores se encargan del funcionamiento correcto del foro. Los foros tienen unas reglas determinadas que todo el mundo debe cumplir. Los moderadores pueden poner sanciones a los usuarios que no cumplan las normas. Los GM pueden actuar en algún momento como moderadores pero su función básica es encargarse del funcionamiento del juego. Son los encargados de explusar a tramposos del juego.

The Hattrick community is generally regarded as one of the best aspects of the game, with a userbase of over 950,000 people to interact with.

Within the game, the community is built by the Conferences, Federations, HT mail, and guest books of supporters. There are also many other websites devoted to the community, such as Hottrick, HattriX, the Bottom Division Federation & Football Forums Sites.

Some players hardly take part in the community at all, while others are very active.

One very important part of the community are all the translations that have come from the hard work of the users. Also the Mods and GMs are volunteer staff and keep the game running.

The numerous CHPP programmes written and maintained by devoted users are another aspect of the Hattrick community.
