Wingers are an often overlooked position within hattrick, and have several uses. Their main function is to provide your team with decent side attacks, but they also contribute to midfield and defence as well.
Good wingers require wing skill, playmaking and stamina are also very useful. passing also helps, as does defending. You might also want to look out for the quick, head, powerful or technical specialties.
There is also a special event unique to wingers called a "Winger SE".
Wingers can be trained through crossing or wing attacks training.
As well as normal wingers, there are three orders that can be given to these players
- Winger Toward Middle increases midfield contribution, but lowers the offensive contribution
- Offensive Winger increases the offensive contribution, but lowers the defensive one
- Defensive Winger increases defence, but lessens attack ratings
For other uses, see Winger (disambiguation).
