Biography
- Shadrack Mtangi was a Tanzanian player who was promoted on July 31st, 2009 and put on the transfers market the very same day.
On August 2nd, 2009 (during Global season 39), L'auberge espagnole bought him for 700,000 €, which was very expensive regarding his skills. But, as the pool size of his country was very small, the player was considered at that time as one of the best promising wingers of his country's generation. His initial skills were 5 in Winger and 5 in Playmaking.
Almost at the same time, he was selected in Tanzanian U-20 team on September 18th, 2009, at the age of only 17 years and a few days, as there was a generational gap for the wingers in his country of origin. He played 52 NT-games, including 18 official games, during 4 seasons, making him the most selected U-20 player in Tanzania. He is still holding to this record at the time these lines are written.
