Kamil Haddad is a retired Spanish football player and coach who last coached Lokomotiv Veltem Back-on-Track in Belgium.
Despite being preceded by Lieven Coucke officially, Haddad was the initial coach for Lokomotiv Veltem Back-on-Track. Despite starting from scratch, he managed to easily guide the team from division IX into VII over the course of three seasons before retiring. For his merits, he was inducted into the hall of fame.
