| Club information |
The Brave Soldiers was an American team, founded April 5th, 2001. This was the first team ever managed by Pelotas, who would later go on to manage Belgian giants Lokomotiv Veltem, as well as smaller teams Lokomotiv Veltem Back-on-Track and Lokomotiv Tozeur.
The club started mid-season in division III.5, at that time the lowest in USA, but the results of this first season are lost. The season therafter, the club became second with 36 points, only losing twice to champions E Vill Dynamo. That season, Pelotas had asked Hattrick GMs to create a Belgian league, the request was allowed, but as per rules at that time no user could manager more that one team, which meant The Brave Soldiers folded as a team. As soon as the Belgian league opened, Pelotas was given the first team available in division II.1 and named it Lokomotiv Veltem.
