Every player has a personality which can be broken down into four subsections. For the purpose of this page, we will refer to these four subsections as leadership, agreeability, honesty and aggressiveness.

Leadership
Personality is defined by four attributes: leadership, agreeability, honesty and aggressiveness.

Leadership is a player parameter between disastrous and solid, and very important for coaches. Players with high leadership will eventually become future coaches, if their experience is good enough.

Leadership attribute show the potential as team captain and is important choosing a coach. High leadership coaches make team spirit level deteriorate slower (and increase it faster when it is below composed).

Leadership is an important aspect when selecting a coach: With a high leadership, the team spirit will degrade slower when it is above composed, and it will increase faster when it is below.
Agreeability
clown
Agreeability of a player determines how a team is affected when that player is added or traded away during a transfer.

It doesn't affect how much the team spirit rises or falls after a PIC or MOTS!
Agreeability is measured on the following scale:
# Nasty Fellow
# Controversial Person
# Pleasant Guy
# Sympathetic Guy
# Popular Guy
# Beloved team member

Agreeability
There were only a few "beloved team members" in the game. First he came Bob Sunesson, whom Agreeability was manually changed by Hattrick Team. Two natural born beloved team members were Bob and then Bob ‘Clone’ Sunesson.

Agreeability is also measured on a scale, and the categories are:
Honesty
* popular
Honesty attribute of a player's personality determines the odds of a player earning a yellow card for diving in order to gain a free kick or penalty for his team.

There is also one other category of agreeability, and exists only in one player - Bob Sunesson, who is described as a beloved team member. He was recently fired (april 2006) and is 'replaced' by Bob (player id 109567443).

These two attributes are linked, and play a role in determining who the team leader is at a given club.

The exact impact of the team leader is a matter of debate on the conferences.  The rules say that the team leader affects the "atmosphere" in the squad (arguably referring to team spirit).  Also see the discussion about clowns and anticlowns.
