The FIFA.com Club Federation Cup (X Edition) is the tenth edition of the FIFA.com Club Federation Cup, a Hattrick tournament which is also the internal tournament of the FIFA.com Club Federation. The tournament started on 24 July 2012 and will end on 26-27 September 2012. As always, it will be organized by the FIFA.com Club Federation.

AKV Football Club are the defending champions and will be attempting to win it's third consecutive title.

Prizes

Winner:
- 3 months of Supporter donated by fmaed.

Runner-up:
- 1 month of Supporter donated by fmaed.

Third place:
- 15 days of Supporter donated by AlejandroFC.

Format

Group Stage
The thirty-two teams participating will be split in eight groups of four teams. In each group, teams play against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format (double round-robin format). All group winners and runner-ups will qualify for the Knock-out Stage.

Knockout Stage
The knock-out stage, will consist of a single-elimination tournament (Type of elimination tournament where the loser of each match is inmediately eliminated from winning the championship or first prize in the event) starting from Round of 16, and ending with the Grand Final.

Teams participating

A total of 32 teams will be participating in the tournament. Some teams are clasified as "replacements" if some of the thirty-two teams leaves the cup or gets expelled from it for any reason.

Note 1: Inter Balkan FC replaced Pullasorsa Calcio because the finnish team decided to withdraw just few hours prior the draw saying that they would be unable to book it's first two matches because it's manager would be travelling. They would later rejoining the competition replacing Kutyaütők SC.

Note 2: Atletico San Pablo cf replaced Habu because the japanese team got expelled from the competition because it's manager has not log on in Hattrick since July 16th, and so the organizers wanted to avoid more walkovers as possible replacing them.
