The news ticker is a supporter feature that shows the latest news in a messagebox on top of the screen.
A maximum of 3 newsitems are shown, very new things are shown in bolt.

This news can be:

• A new HT mail message. (Newsletters are not shown)

Shown as: Subject of the message
Example: 13:28 Friendly

• A new Forum message adressed to you.

Shown as: Forum: <Name of the tread>
Example: 18:22 Forum: Why I quit Hattrick

• A comment in your Guestbook.

Shown as: The message itself
Example: 4:45 Hello! Greetings from ...

• A raise of a Transferbid made by you.

Shown as: <Name team> raises for <Name player>
Example: 12:16 Beltxis raises for John Doe

• A Friendly request.

Shown as: <Name team> has challenged you
Example: 14:16 FC Holcim has challenged you

• A login by one of the people you Support.

Shown as: <Name Supported user> has logged in
Example: 10:05 HT-Tjecken has logged in

• A Press announcement by one of the team you support.

Shown as: Press announcement from <Short team name>
Example: 14:00 Press announcement from Patatje

• A bookmarked player who is transferlisted.

Shown as: <Name player> has been transferlisted
Example: 1:15 Bob has been transferlisted

• A (former) youthplayer who is transferlisted.

Shown as: <Name player> has been transferlisted
Example: 22:49 John Doe has been transferlisted

• A System Information message.

Shown as: System Information
Example: 8:00 System Information

• A welcome message at your login.

Shown as: Welcome <Username>
