Greece (Ελλάδα, Elláda in Greek), is a Eastern European league, the 42nd nation to join the Hattrick World.

History

• The Greek country has existed since in April 2002 (global season 16).
• In June 2004, the Greek community changed the country name to Hellas, after a vote to chose between Hellas and Ellada.

Although in English it's called Greece, officially the Hellenic Republic, the Greeks call it Hellas (formal) or Elláda (modern Greek).

• Greece hosted World Cup XIII, but failed to qualify for the event.
