Prince Roy Cup VI will be the sixth edition of the Prince Roy Cup, a friendly competition in the Sealand federation for teams that were not able to compete in the Sealand Cup. The tournament will be held in (Dutch) season 65, returning after two seasons of absence. Appy United are the title holders.
Two-season absence
After the fifth edition, the Prince Roy Cup was not played for two seasons. Because of a change in the rules, at least four teams had to be eligible for participation, or the tournament would not be played. There were too few potential participants in season 63 and 64 for the Prince Roy Cup to be played, so the tournament was put on hiatus.
Season 63
During season 63, only three teams were not able to compete in Sealand Cup XLV. Because of a rule-change, the Prince Roy Cup did not go ahead.

Season 64
In season 64, all entrants were able to compete in Sealand Cup XLVI. Without any potential participants, no Prince Roy Cup was planned.
Participating teams
Five teams were not able to compete in Sealand Cup XLVII because they were still active in a cup competition. After they all agreed to take part in the Prince Roy Cup, a sixth edition was planned. RKTVV was absent for the first time. The triple Prince Roy Cup winners were able to compete in the Sealand Cup (although they ultimately did not enter that competition either). Title holders Appy United participated for the fourth time, with the other four teams making their début. Ad Maiorem Mei Gloriam were on the entry list for the second time, but participated for the first time, as they were unable to compete in Prince Roy Cup V due to their long cup run.
