Season Summary

The team had no specific ambitions in this season. The team continued to focus on training future star Walter Faverey. It was expected the scoring training would stop, and crossing training would start.

In the Suriname Cup, Rode Ster Paramaribo was unexpectedly eliminated in the first round against SV Royal Parbo. They continued in the emerald cup. They reached the fourth round, where they were eliminated by FC Parbo with 3-2

In the competition, the team showed themselves a fierce competitor on the highest level. Despite a loss against Sin City Scorpio's, they remained at a second position for the most of the league.
