Benefits and drawbacks
At the price of weakening of the wing defence, the AIM tactics allows you to push in the middle where (hopefull) your attack is stronger.
Counters
As with all predictable formations and tactics, if you use AIM all the time, don't be surprised when the opposition stack the central defence against you.
Players
You need Passing, Passing, Passing. All your players must have Passing.
Specialty
There's no particular Specialty directly bound to this tactics.
Lineup
You need to attack in the middle, so a good idea is to use 3-4-3 or 3-5-2. Anyway it depends on your training.
