Team Spirit is one of the key factors of a team's evolution. It's influenced by several factors, but it also has an impact, sometimes a quite large one, on other things.
What affects Team Spirit
Team Spirit is affected by several factors:
- Leadership of the coach
- Number of sports psychologists
- Transfers
- Buying a player with low agreeability
- Selling a player with high agreeability (this feature is bugged)
- Changing intensity of training
- Team Attitude in matches
- Over time the team spirit will always converge to composed
- Hiring too many assistant coaches will cause a significant drop in team spirit
- Exceeding the maximum squad size of 50 may cause a significant drop in team spirit
