The National team U-20 Malaysia represents Malaysia in juniores international friendlies and the U-20 World Cup.

Malaysian NT U-20, also called Harimau Muda ("Young Tigers" in Malay), began international play in qualifying for U-20 World Cup V. The team's best result is third place in Round II of U-20 World Cup X and U-20 World Cup XXVIII.

Malaysia hosted U-20 World Cup IX, but failed to qualify for the event.
