The National team U-20 USA represents United States of America in juniores international friendlies and the U-20 World Cup.

The NT U-20 of the United States of America plays international games since 2002, and took part to qualifying for U-20 World Cup I. In early days, they took part to four world cup semi-finals, but they had lost them all, obtaining only bronze medals in four edition (three in the first six editions and then again in U-20 WC XXIII.

After many years of unsatisfactory results, the NT U-20 USA returned to a final in U-20 WC XXIX, and this time they finally got the title of world champions.

USA also hosted U-20 World Cup XXVI, qualifying and reaching Round II.
