The OVL Cup (Oost-Vlaanderen Cup) is a friendly cup in Oost-Vlaanderen.
Participants and Organisation
Participants
Participating teams must come from the Oost-Vlaanderen Region in Belgium to be eligible for qualification. Teams can candidate for the cup on the Oost-Vlaanderen Forum on Hattrick. The OVL cup currently has 64 teams, who play in a 6-round cup scheme. When oversubscription it can have up to 80 teams plating in a 7-round cup scheme, including one preliminary round. In the second round, the 16 best teams of the former season will be added to the 16 surviving teams of the first round.
Organisation
The 11th edition is currently organised by Zionnoah. The first 6 editions of the cup were organised by HoebekeD, after which Zionnoah took over.

The cup was created during Global Season 28, and is currently in its 13th Edition.
Cup Format
The first 6 seasons of the OVL cup where played ad random. Between seasons 7 and 10, the OVL Cup worked with ranking: stronger teams automatically started against weaker teams. Starting from season 11, the seeding of the teams is completely at random again.

OVL Cup Champions
The OVL Cup Champions was a special event, starting in Season 10 of the OVL-cup, that is open for the best teams of the past OVL-Cups. It will most probably be re-organised after OVL Season 15 for the best playing team of season 10 till 15.
