Overview
Club History
Locky's Old Boys FC founded by KingLock came from the ashes of the bankrupt Locky's Boys FC.
Unfortunately, the previous team Locky's Boys FC went bankrupt due to undisclosed matters concerning risky movement of pension funds on the stock market. Although, the period the team were under the management of El Locky was brief (08/05/04 until 18/07/04), the club thrashed the Brow Of The Hill South 4-1 in a match (18285503) on a sunny spring day.
The new club initially called Stackpoolians FC (27/07/04-04/10/04) and North Stackpool Albion FC (04/10/04-14/01/05) until Locky's Old Boys FC was established on 24/07/04. The team is located in Bristol, Avon & Somerset, England. The youth team are called AFC Locky's South End Youth.
The Board & Management Team
Doris aka 'The Tea-Lady', the most feared person in the club. An ex-hooligan and former leader of the feared 'Ghenghis Boot Boys' who were famously banned from a match with Brow Of The Hill South due to a 'tea-cupping' incident (*tea-cupping, is the use of fine bone-china cups as weapons). She served 4 year prison sentence, being classified as a mentalist. She designed the stadium Zen, Ghenghis & February-Muffin Corner Of Hell (60895), the stadium itself is unique in having one corner much higher than the rest of the stadium. Although, she stated at the time, 'the stadium design for our home fans to have the most wonderful view possible of a lovely evening match', however, fans of bitter rivals Bristol Robins, Spud U Like 2nd 11 and Brow Of The Hill South with Bedminster Exiles, Bedminster Athletic, Hang 'Em High, Dave's Dragons, Cheeseheads, Skootas Shootas and Lou & Rich all suffered from objects (motorcycles, washing-machines, pigs-heads all being thrown down from the 2nd and 3rd tiers above them. They have raised the issue with Hattrick, however, the Zen, Ghenghis & February-Muffin Corner Of Hell is 1 foot outside of Hattrick jurisdiction.
El Locky aka 'The Innovator' highly charismatic owner of the Locky's Old Boys FC. Being one of the first Hattrick owners to; utilised a set-piece specialist in Zé Baptista, used such radical formations that even Hattrick had to introduce new formations to keep up, the first Bemmie team to win a league title VI.274 Season 26, introduced attacking outfield Goalkeepers not seen since Chilavert retired, dominated two youth leagues and mastered the counter-attack formation with complete and utter flair.
Ad Samuels (English Defender/Wing-Back) (94290885) aka 'The Traitor'. Played for the Brow Of The Hill South between the age of 20-29, scoring 43 times (x1 hattrick) in 175 matches, after a brief period elsewhere decided to join their most hated rivals Locky's Old Boys FC at the age of 31, this has led to the nickname 'The Traitor'. Until now he has scored 48 goals (x3 hattricks) in 86 matches. He successfully led the team as Captain to VI.145 Champions in Season 43 and is currently serviing as the Head-Coach.
Club All-time Legend
Zé Baptista (Brazilian Midfielder/Set-Piece Specialist) (24636124) aka 'Zé Ba'. The spiritual leader and all-time legend of the club. He played between 19/10/04 (first match) until 29/01/06 (last match). He almost single handedly secured Locky's Old Boys FC first League Championship VI.274 Season 26. In the 4 seasons with the team finished each season in the top ten goal scorers list in VI.274 (Division 6); Season 24 - 7th Place - 8 Goals, Sesaon 25 - 10th Place - 7 Goals, Season 26 - 7th Place - 11 Goals and Season 27 - 7th Place - 8 Goals. Against local rivals he also spared little mercy scoring on; 6th minute with a set-piece against Bristol Robins (08/11/05), 17th minute with a set-piece against North Bedminster Albion (07/06/05), 89th minute with a set-piece against Bedminster Athletic (10/05/05), 21st minute with a set-piece against Brow Of The Hill South (15/02/05) and on 6th minute again against the North Bedminster Albion this time in standard play (05/10/04).
Other Notable Players
Chandler Draughn (English Forward) (296924153) aka 'The Dragon'. One of the few 12 star youth players to grace the game. A thorn in the side of many team, prolific is his middle-name.
Forbes O'Byrne (English Winger) (70670972) aka 'Nobby'. A Worcestershire lad and the oldest and longest Serving player. He joined on 11/02/06 and is still currently playing at the age of 39!. Kept in the side due to his exception passing ability. He was famously sat on the bench came on as a substitute during the 5-1 victory over Spuds U Like 2nd 11 on 16/02/10.
Ben Rochford (English Keeper) (182768719) aka 'Benny' was a youth legend, who left after being promoted to the senior squad to one of Australia's finest Hattrick teams Tambling United. Although, often out-spoken, he inspired AFC Locky's South End Youth to become the most dominant Bemmie youth team of all time and played his part in AFC Locky's South End Youth securing 4 Championship titles out of 7 in the Bemmie Youth League.
