Senior National Team

Azərbaycan began international play during the final rounds of World Cup VIII. The team's first official competition was in qualifying for World Cup IX. Azərbaycan has never advanced out of qualification; their best finish is sixth in their group in qualification for World Cup XII and World Cup XIII.

U-20 National Team
