The closeness of the results demonstrates how much of a battle it has been. Every participating community put a lot of hard work into their bids. So to those who didn't win, keep the faith, you are certainly well positioned for next time. A grand total of 350 525 votes were cast by the community. To all of you who did vote Thank You! To those who didn't, maybe next time! This has been a great experience to build on. We will take a few weeks to gather all the great feedback we got and then we will launch the new contest for the hosting of the XVI World Cup.
