Janick Vermeersch (Gent, Belgium, born Season 34) is a Belgian football player who actualy plays for SVV Red Star Brussels. He is a Midfielder.

Youth Player

Vermeersch was recruited by Red Star Brussels at 16 years old, and evolved in their youth club Rode Sterretjes Brussels. His potential as very strong midfielder became immediately clear, even if he wasn't destined to become a long-term player for the team.

Vermeersch was promoted in Season 52, and immediately sold for almost 3 million € to FC Malkov.

Career at FC Malkov and Spartak Sjoelbak

Vermeersch became a first team regular from the very start of his carreer at FC Malkov. However, the team soon realized they had not the capacities of taking on such a high quality player, and since they were in financial troubles, Vermeersch was sold again, at a considerable loss.
