History

  • Maldivian league was created on June 2008. It joined Hattrick, together with Uganda, right before the beginning of global season 36.
  • The country has been announced for global season 36 and created by its full name as Dhivehi Raajjeyge Jumhooriyyaa.
It was then renamed Dhivehi Raajje at the end of the first season.
On 11 October 2009, the first division was renamed Dhivehi League too.
