The Help menu is the seventh of seven top menu categories. Its only submenu is the main hub for all items susceptible to help the managers in any possible way.

- Help: The main subpage redirecting to some of the helping topics.
- Manual: The game manual containing all official information about the game engine.
- House Rules: A rules manual containing the Hattrick's House Rules every player must abide by.
- Contact: The sole way to contact Hattrick officials about official matters.
- Report Cheaters: The form to report suspected cases of cheating.
- About Hattrick: A short history of the company, a long history of the game's evolution and several wallpapers.
- Hattrick Supporter: Information about Hattrick Supporter.
- Partners: Information about Hattrick's partners.
- Privacy: Hattrick's Privacy agreement, the Terms of Use and the Content Agreement.
