The Zeeuwse Cup 5 was the 5th edition of the Zeeuwse Cup (ZC) a friendly cup organised by Zeeuwen in Hattrick and linked to the Dutch region of Zeeland. This edition was held in global season 25 (Dutch season 14). 32 teams entered the tournament.

The ZC commenced with the First Round on 13 and 20 April 2005 (after competition rounds 10 and 11) and concluded on 18 May (after the qualifiers) with the final, played in the stadium of FC Domburg, founder of the Zeeuwen in Hattrick federation. FC Hamlap won 2-0 in the final, taking their first Cup.

This edition is the only one in the history of the Zeeuwse Cup that was not decided by single matches per round, since the first round was decided over two legs. It turned out that the extra matches resulted in the same winners (with only one exception) and the biggest impact was that a lot of dull matches were added. Therefore this format was discontinued and the following editions continued to use the format that was used in the first four edition with single matches in all rounds.

Seeding for the tournament was based on participation and results in the previous three editions of the Cup. The top 8 cannot meet before the Quarter-finals.
