The Zeeuwse Cup 22 was the 22th edition of the Zeeuwse Cup (ZC) a friendly cup organised by Zeeuwen in Hattrick and linked to the Dutch region of Zeeland. This edition was held in global season 42 (Dutch season 31). 48 teams entered the tournament, 7 more teams wanted to enter, but arranged a match before the draw took place. These teams were therefore not included in the draw. Of the 48 teams that entered, 32 teams started in the First Round, the other 16 teams were given a bye to the Second Round.

The ZC commenced with the First Round on 30 June 2010 (after competition round 10) and concluded on 4 August (after the qualifiers) with the final. The final wasn't played in the stadium of the previous winner Breskens Dynamite, because it was not available. brainboys won 4-3 in the final, taking their first Cup.

Seeding for the tournament was based on participation and results in the previous two editions of the Cup. The top 16 received a bye to the 2nd Round and they are seeded according to a fixed schedule. Also the top 16 played at home in the 2nd Round.
