The second edition took place between 22 February 2006 and 29 March 2006 and was conducted by bogdancon, manager of the team Squadra Merluciu. Sixteen teams participated in the competition, divided into four groups of four, with the top two teams from each group advancing. The winner of the tournament was Hattrick Club ConInstal, owned by Don-c_alexro, who defeated F.C. Braila, managed by citizen, with a score of 3–1. The winner was awarded 3 months of the Hattrick Supporter feature.
